The inspiration for Jerico was born out of a sense of calling, a passion for worship & sustainability, and a frustration with the music industry. Humberto & Adrienne believe that worship and music are not only powerful but key to advancing God’s Kingdom throughout the world. Adrienne has been involved in songwriting and music production for years, and she felt called to help others produce their music, especially in places where there was little available Christian music. However, the digitalization of music and the switch to streaming platforms quickly brought her dreams to a halt. No more album sales, in short, meant no more funds for music production.

As Humberto & Adrienne talked with more artists, they realized that this is a global issue. Concerts and merchandise, now the main sources of income for artists, are simply not viable options for most Christian artists & worship leaders. As a result, many anointed artists are being blocked because of a lack of resources and a loss of sustainability. Combining Humberto’s IT skills and Adrienne’s experience in music, they began brainstorming solutions and finding ways to do things differently.

What started as an idea for a small project evolved into a much broader vision and calling to create a platform that better supports Christian artists and increases worship around the world. Through Jerico, they aim to create a space where artists can thrive, listeners can discover incredible music, and God can be more glorified.
